factory
Our factory is located in the Millennium Industrial Estate on a land area of 1.1 Ha and a building size of 5,500 square meters. The factory produces cold drawn carbon steel pipes/tubes with specifications according to the requests of customers. Using production equipment that is continuously updated with the latest technology, we currently have a production capacity of 750 MT/month. The machines we use include:
- Roller Hearth Annealing Furnace
- Cold Drawn Tube Line
- Sets Swagging Line
- Sets of Straightening Machines
- Sets Hydraulic Pointer Machines
- Eddy Current Test (ECT) Machines
Production Flow Process
Quality CONTROL
We implement very strict quality control, due to which our products are known for their excellent quality. As a joint venture company from Japan, we bring Japanese culture in work known for high discipline and accuracy. In each production process, we carry out strict quality control starting from checking raw materials in the laboratory, monitoring every stage of the production process until the release of the finished product. We check every product for its quality, not just sampling. In this way, we can ensure that each product meets the specifications that have been determined previously with the customer. Laboratory
We have a laboratory that functions as part of the quality control process with complete equipment including :
- Tensile tester
- Microscopemental flow
- Hardness tester
- Rockwell hardness

- Grinding & polishing equipment
- Surface roughness tester
INVENTORY
One of our strengths in ontime delivery, aside from the well-organized production process, is also due to the availability of sufficient raw materials to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
